The latest Studio Series cello is modeled after a fine cello by Guiseppe Guarneri filius Andrea. It is made from fine quality European timber. By outsourcing the initial stages of making the cello, we can offer a very high-quality instrument at less than half the cost of a cello fully made by John Simmers. This cello has been finished and varnished in our Red Hill workshop by John Simmers.
